As women, we are taught to believe that our lives
are over if we have children.
We are encouraged to "do it all" before we
are "burdened" with the responsibility of little ones.
We are told that our career is over
We cannot travel,
We can't build a business,
We can't have a fit body,
and we will have "no life" with children.
On the flip side, we are shamed for having children
"too young" or "too old".
We are constantly reminded about our biological clocks.
When we do decide to start a family we are told we are selfish or bad moms for investing in ourselves.
There is no shame in INVESTING in YOU
and YOUR health.
In fact it is necessary to work on your
health for you and your family.

As a physician of 15 years and a fitness trainer for more than a decade, I help and guide women with first-hand medical experience along with knowledge of conventional medicine and traditional natural remedies to help women transform their health from a more holistic approach.
I'm a mom of 2 boys, a very energetic 8-year-old and a full of life 3-year-old. I am part caretaker to my mom who has Dementia and I run my own health and wellness company committed to educating, empowering and equipping busy women and moms just like you who want to take control of their health, get in shape and enjoy life.
I know first hand the burst of energy and mental clarity from working out regularly, eating healthy and improving my overall health (physical, mental, spiritual)
I understand that the days may seem to run into each other, life can sometimes feel a lot and we may not always put our health first.
I ran my first half marathon when my older son was 6 months old and ran 2 more after that. I completed my 4th half-marathon in May 2023.
I hiked and worked out up to the day both of my sons were born term at healthy weights of 6lbs 11ozs and 7lbs 10ozs respectively.
My sons were both delivered naturally without the use of pain meds and without complications with a combined labour time of 4 hours.
Living a happy healthy life with children is possible and it doesn't have to feel time consuming or overwhelming. You too can enjoy your body after a baby.
Your health is your greatest wealth and you can prioritize your health not because you want to but because it's necessary to be able to fully show up for yourself and your family. You deserve to be happy and healthy not only for your family and clients but for yourself.
